TikTok Shop Thailand fee calculator
TikTok Shop Thailand’s transaction fee is 3.21% including tax. From 21 March 2026 the base is customer payment plus the platform discount. Commission is by subcategory and also tax-inclusive. The guitar row is TikTok’s own worked example at 10.70%. The other categories are a secondary transcription of the 5 July 2026 table. A commerce growth fee is included by default and marked secondary, because invoices do not all show it the same way.
What is the 3.21% charged on?
TikTok’s Thailand article says that from 21 March 2026 the transaction fee is (customer payment + platform discount) × 3.21%, tax included. Your own discount is already out of the customer payment. A platform voucher is added back. TikTok also says a delivered order that is later returned still incurs this fee.
Is 10.70% the commission for every product?
No. 10.70% is the rate in TikTok’s guitar example for a normal seller. Other categories differ. Womenswear in the transcribed table is higher. Phones are lower. Pick the guitar row only when you want that worked example.
What is the commerce growth fee?
A secondary transcription of TikTok’s Thailand schedule describes 6.96% for an electronics cluster and 8.03% otherwise, tax inclusive, capped at THB 199 per item. It is on by default so it is visible, and the line is marked secondary. Turn it off if your settlement does not charge it.
What is THB 1.07?
A platform infrastructure fee, tax inclusive, per delivered order, from the same transcription. It is described as waived when the shop had 1–100 orders in the previous 30 days. The switch is in the advanced section.
