Do I add SST on top of TikTok commission?

No. The percentages in TikTok Shop Malaysia’s commission table are already SST-inclusive. The 3.78% transaction fee and the RM0.54 support fee are SST-inclusive too. This calculator does not tax them again.

What changes on 31 October 2026?

TikTok published a new Marketplace and Mall table for orders placed from 31 October 2026. Orders placed earlier keep the current rates. Essential categories such as fresh food stay at 0% in both tables. BXP sellers keep a lower rate than non-BXP sellers.

What is the transaction fee charged on?

From 15 February 2026 the base is the item’s original price, minus your discount, plus shipping the buyer pays. A platform voucher is not deducted. PayLater orders move from 3.78% to 4.86% on 16 October 2026. Standard payments stay at 3.78%.

Is the RM0.54 refunded if the buyer returns the item?

TikTok’s platform-support article says a delivered order that is later returned or refunded still incurs the RM0.54. Commission and the transaction fee follow their own refund rules. This page prices a delivered order, not the return.
