Etsy fee calculator

One Etsy order for a seller whose bank account is in Malaysia. The listing fee is US$0.20, the transaction fee is 6.5% of the price you display plus shipping, and Etsy Payments is 4.5% + RM2. Offsite Ads, if this order came from them, are 15% or 12% and never more than US$100.

What does Etsy charge a seller in Malaysia?

A listing is US$0.20. Each sale pays 6.5% of the displayed item price plus the shipping and gift wrap you charge. Etsy Payments, for a Malaysia bank account, is 4.5% of the order including shipping, plus RM2. Those three are in the default result.

When is Offsite Ads 12% instead of 15%?

Shops under US$10,000 of sales in the prior 365 days pay 15% on an attributed order and can opt out. Once a shop reaches US$10,000, the fee becomes 12% and opt-out ends, even if sales later fall back under the line. The fee on one order is capped at US$100.

Should the listing fee be on every sale?

Etsy charges US$0.20 when you publish or renew a listing. A multi-quantity listing renews, and charges another US$0.20, after each unit sells. Turn the listing line off if this unit will not renew the listing.

Why might my payout differ by a little?

Etsy converts the US$0.20 listing fee into ringgit at its own rate, which will not match the exchange table on this page exactly. A listing in USD while your bank is in MYR also adds a 2.5% currency conversion fee. Deposits under RM400 cost an extra RM8, and that is not in the per-order profit.
