How much do eBay Promoted Listings cost?
For a general campaign, you choose an ad rate from 2% to 100% of the total sale amount, including item price, shipping, and tax. eBay charges it only when the promoted item sells within 30 days of a click. Leave the rate at 0 if this order was not from an ad. A priority campaign charges per click instead, and this page does not estimate that.
When does eBay charge the international fee?
A seller registered in the US pays 1.65% of the total amount of the sale if the delivery address or the buyer’s registered address is outside the US, and they are not using eBay International Shipping. Eligible items sent with eBay International Shipping do not pay this fee. Turn the switch on only for the first case.
Why might my eBay payout differ?
eBay’s own golf-club example charges 13.6% plus US$0.40 on a US$210.50 total (US$150 item, US$50 shipping, US$10.50 tax), which is US$29.03 in fees and a US$170.97 deposit before the seller’s own postage. A Below Standard account, a second category, an insertion fee, or sales tax you did not type will move the result. Compare one settled order before you reprice a shop.
